cool weather cocktails
"Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall." - F. Scott Fitzgerald.
With the arrival of fall comes the need for changes of all sorts: changes to your wardrobe, the scents you wear and candles you burn, the way you decorate your space, the recipes you cook, and of course - what goes in your cocktails!
Our Marketing Team got together and chose four autumnal cocktails that we think are totally share-worthy!
Made with dark, spiced rum and warm, peppery ginger, this is a classic that we keep coming back to!
Our Creative Manager, Jennings makes them on the regular and is sharing her tested take on "the best dark 'n' stormy".
One of the most recognized flavors of fall is fresh sage - but have you ever had it in a cocktail? We think you should! A sage simple syrup and fresh blackberries turn this champagne cocktail into something extra special.
Warm and cozy bourbon pairs perfectly with freshly smashed oranges. Add a rim of spicy vanilla sugar, and we're sold!
(We think it'd be extra special with blood oranges too, but those weren't in season quite yet!)
It's pretty hard to beat a chilled glass of fresh apple cider in the fall - unless you put gin in it! This cocktail combines honey simple syrup, gin, cinnamon and apple cider for a refreshing dose of seasonal cheer.
