Burundi is a tiny, very special country sandwiched between Rwanda and Tanzania - the optimal wedge of Earth for coffee growing. The Sincerely roast is also referred to as Akeza, meaning “Beautiful” in Kirundi.
Its body is strong with notes of sweet molasses and Assam black tea, and rich enough to carry beautiful fruit notes that linger in the cup. As far as acidity, you will find the perfect ratio of lemon-lime sparkling between caramelized honey and the linger of a plum.
