Says Archie: The other day, I was in Montreal and faced with a cooler of beers I'd never heard of. I picked a really random assortment, and when I started drinking them, I realized why beer snobs are a thing. There are so many ways to ferment hops and barley and they produce totally unpredictable flavors and levels of carbonation.
This is a map of 16 types of beer, what to pair them with, and what they taste like. Think of it as a "Cliffsnotes" to inform a burgeoning beer snob.
