Get to Know the Maker: Son of a Sailor

Son of a Sailor is the organic result of husband and wife duo, William and Jessica Knopp’s relationship when they met and began designing together. Marrying modern aesthetics with traditional materials, each product is created at the intersection of form and function, taking much of their inspiration from the application of color, pattern, and geometry to materials with a rich history and story. Son of a Sailor embraces the convergence of innovation, functionality, storytelling, and bright, bold geometry in all of their designs.
