PAYMENT

You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal account. Magic fairy dust sprinkled onto each and every order by Read Between The Lines staff is life changing (yes!) and complimentary.

CURRENCY & SALES TAX

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax (on order subtotal, without shipping).

We will contact you should there be a question regarding your order. Please ensure your email address and phone number are up-to-date as you checkout.

CUSTOM WORK

We do not do custom design or printing. We are delighted to refer you to amazing graphic designers and letterpress printers that take custom work to a whole new (and ooo-soo-good!) level. They include Haute PapierLadyfingers Letterpress and Lilco Letterpress. Each has a different, equally wonderful aesthetic, and will guide your project from "I have an idea" to printed perfection. Voila!

PROCESSING TIMES

We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days of receipt of order.

U.S. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by our Dallas, Texas team via FedEx Ground or USPS, and usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment in the United States.

Need something faster? No problem. Please request expedited shipping via specific instructions to us on your order, and follow up with us via email or phone (hello@readbetweenthelines.com / 469.904.8034) so we can review options and costs with you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USPS is our default carrier for international shipping. Please note that USPS only provides tracking while the package is in the United States {foreign countries don’t scan and update the USPS tracking system}. If a package is lost or stuck in customs, Read Between The Lines will not be held liable. If you would like tracking and insurance for an international shipment via FedEx (because they are amazing), please email or call us before placing your order so we can plan accordingly, and the additional shipping charges can be added to your purchase (hello@readbetweenthelines.com / 469.904.8034). Thanks!

GIFT SHIPPING

We love helping you with gifts, and will wrap your package and include a handwritten note at no charge! Please send us an email (hello@readbetweenthelines.com) with the details, including exactly how the gift message should read.

Please also make sure that the “ship to” address you provide has the correct gift recipient name and address, and let us know if you'd like us to leave out the packing slip/receipt. Thanks!

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be over-the-moon happy with what you receive from Read Between The Lines. Should anything make you the least bit sad, please contact us via email (hello@readbetweenthelines.com) within 7 days of receiving your purchase, so we can make it right, right away!

Returns: Goods you wish to return must be received at our studio within 14 days of the day they were delivered to your address. Items returned must be unopened, in original packaging and sellable condition. Upon our receipt of any returned items, a full refund of your merchandise cost (not including shipping) will be issued to the form of payment used to make your purchase.
