PAYMENT

CURRENCY & SALES TAX
Prices are in U.S. dollars. By law, Texas residents are charged 8.25% sales tax (on order subtotal, without shipping).

CUSTOM WORK
Although we don't do custom design or printing projects, we are delighted to refer you to phenomenally gifted graphic designers and letterpress printers. They include Missing Q Press, Haute Papier, Ladyfingers Letterpress and Lilco Letterpress. Each has a different and wonderful aesthetic, and will guide your project from "I have an idea" to printed perfection. Voila!
PROCESSING TIMES

We want you to receive your purchases fast, right and in wonderful condition. Orders received M-F by 1pm CST typically ship same-day, and are prepared with great TLC.

During peak and holiday times, orders ship within 1-4 business days of receipt of order.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you aren't over-the-moon happy with your order from Read Between The Lines, please contact us via email (orders@readbetweenthelines.com) within 7 days of receiving your purchase, so we can make it right - and right away!

Returns: Goods you wish to return must be received at our studio within 14 days of the day they were delivered to your address. Items returned must be unopened, in original packaging and sellable condition. Upon our receipt of any returned items, a full refund of your merchandise cost (not including shipping) will be issued to the form of payment used to make your purchase.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Refunds to original form of payment are allowed within 30 days of purchase with printed receipt or email confirmation of order. Exchange or store credit permitted within 45 days of purchase, and in the event of no receipt.

Sale merchandise is returnable for store credit only, and within 45 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, like-new condition (unwashed, unworn, and undamaged) for refund, exchange or store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
GIFT SHIPPING
We love helping our customers with gifts, and will wrap your presents, remove prices and include a handwritten note at no charge! Please simply complete the 'gift message/comment' section of checkout with your message to recipient, as well as any special instructions for us.

Please also ensure the 'ship to' address you provide at checkout has the correct gift recipient name and address. Note our packing slips do not contain pricing information.
U.S. SHIPPING
We promise to prepare, package and ship your order with great care for its journey to you from our studio in Plano, Texas.

Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, and typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS is the most cost-effective carrier for international shipping from the U.S. Your package will be shipped by that means unless you request otherwise.

Standard international delivery with USPS is 10-14 business days. Customs, extreme weather and Covid-19-related staffing shortages with shippers may create delays in delivery of up to 14 additional business days. Please allow for delays such as these in your estimate of arrival date, and know we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Be advised USPS provides tracking information only while the package is in the United States, as foreign countries do not scan USPS packages or update the USPS tracking system. Once your package leaves the U.S. en route to its international destination, tracking information for the balance of the package’s trek is not available from USPS.

We make every effort to ensure your order is carefully, protectively packaged and clearly marked for its destination. If an international package is lost or delayed in customs, Read Between The Lines® will not be held liable.
