Job Responsibilities

Take excellent care of our customers and your fellow Team members

Share product and maker information with customers as part of identifying their needs

Gift wrapping

Keep track of customer requests

Straighten and restock sales floor throughout the day

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Requirements

Happy, optimistic outlook on life and a can-do spirit

Passion for detail and quality

Minimum 2 years of experience in brick-and-mortar retail

Existing client book preferred

Online retail experience is a plus, however, not necessary

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including frequent weekends and evenings

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and effectively maneuver around our shop and studio; this may include repetitive bending, climbing, twisting and lifting of up to 30 pounds
