Although we don't do custom design or printing projects, we are delighted to refer you to phenomenally gifted graphic designers and letterpress printers. They include Missing Q PressHaute PapierLadyfingers Letterpress and Lilco Letterpress. Each has a different and wonderful aesthetic, and will guide your project from "I have an idea" to printed perfection. Voila!

We want you to receive your purchases fast, right and in wonderful condition. Orders received M-F by 1pm CST typically ship same-day, and are prepared with great TLC.

During peak and holiday times, orders ship within 1-4 business days of receipt of order.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you aren't over-the-moon happy with your order from Read Between The Lines, please contact us via email (hello@readbetweenthelines.com) within 7 days of receiving your purchase, so we can make it right - and right away!

Returns: Goods you wish to return must be received at our studio within 14 days of the day they were delivered to your address. Items returned must be unopened, in original packaging and sellable condition. Upon our receipt of any returned items, a full refund of your merchandise cost (not including shipping) will be issued to the form of payment used to make your purchase. 

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Refunds to original form of payment are allowed within 30 days of purchase with printed receipt or email confirmation of order. Exchange or store credit permitted within 45 days of purchase, and in the event of no receipt.

Sale merchandise is returnable for store credit only, and within 45 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, like-new condition (unwashed, unworn, and undamaged) for refund, exchange or store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
